Returns & Refunds
Our firm commits to performing exchange arrangements as obvious as possible. We are gratified to accompany with you on solving your problems.
Please read the instructions below.
We will send you a replacement item or issue a full refund to your original form of payment within 5 business days for any of the following reasons:
- You received an incorrect item.
- Product is damaged, printing error, order is not enough quantity, low quality product
- You did not receive your order but it was marked as delivered by USPS.
You dont' need return a package that has been received for any of the above reasons. In that case, you have to contact our supporting team and give us order number, customer’s name, received order picture and we will reply as soon as possible.
- In 24 hours after placing an order, if you wish to change or cancel it, please send an email via: email@example.com, we will adjust order or give you full refund to your PayPal/Credit Card after 3-5 business day.
- If your order has been manufactured/shipped, contact to Customer Support Team firstname.lastname@example.org to get assistance.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
- In case your shipment's stopped or lost by the carrier, we are sure to check with them and resend your item at no fee.
- In case you provided an incorrect shipping address. The package will be returned to our unclaimed warehouse. We will keep your package for up to 30 days before we destroy or donate to charities. If you would like our Returns Department to reship the package, please provide us with a valid or alternative address for reshipment. You will have to pay the reshipment cost depending on the weight of the package.
- If you do not get your order after 15 business days (for US/Vietnam customers), 30 days (for customers in other countries) since getting tracking number, send supporting request through: email@example.com and we will full refund your order or send replacement order.
Please contact us before returning an item and always include your order number in the package with the returned item.In most cases, we will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.
Please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 14 days
- The product is unwashed, unworn and unused
- The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product have the design is different than the one you ordered
After your refund request is approved, we will proceed to compensate depend on your choices :
- Replacement order: You will get new order information and confirmation.
- Full refund: We will refund your original payment by way of your beginning checkout method (PayPal/Credit card). You may wait within 3-5 business days after your refund request is approved.
- The product itself or the printing is defective or the final product have the design is different than the one you ordered.
* Remember that if fault comes from customers: intentionally damaged or misused the manufacturer’s recommendation; there will be no refund or replacement accepted.
* Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS ( IF APPLICABLE )
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
