HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ?

- Go to our website choose items you want then click on “Add to cart.” Clicking “Proceed to Checkout” for immediate payment or “Continue Shopping” if you still need more products.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO WE ACCEPT ?

 -  We accept the following payment options: International credit/debit cards are accepted: Visa Card, Master Card, Amex, Discover, JCB, Dinners Club and PayPal.But you do not need to own a PayPal account to pay: you may enter your credit card's data directly at PayPal and complete your payment. You don't need to register a PayPal account neither.

 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE ?

-  Your order will be processed in 2-3 days and will be delivered within 5-10 days depending on your delivery location after order confirmation (except Sunday).

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER AND DELIVERY STATUS?

-  Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse to delivery partners, you will be able to track your order by checking an email notification with a tracking number attached. Please look at your email spam folder, sometimes our emails are sent accidentally. There may be some delay between the status of an order being updated on the carrier website (1-2 days). If your tracking does not work after 5 days updated or you do not receive tracking email, please contact the delivery department or send email to: support@caseysanimation.com.

WHY IS MY ORDER LATE? / WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER ?

- Purchases are shipped within 5-10 days after being produced. If you do not get your order after 15 business days (for US/Vietnam customers), 30 days (for customers in other countries) since getting tracking number, send supporting request through: support@caseysanimation.com for instant assistance.

- If you provide the wrong address the package will be returned to the carrier's warehouse and stored for 30 days before being destroyed or donated to charity.

-  If you would like the carrier to resend the package please provide the correct address or an alternative address. You will be responsible for all costs of sending the item back. We will not refund the amount or send the item in replacement in this case.

WHY AM I MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER ?

- Some items are shipped separately, so part of your order may still on its way to you. If you need specific information, please contact Customer Support Team by email: support@caseysanimation.com for further information.
